Just over 2 miles from the heart of Liverpool, 10 minutes’ walk from Sefton Park, Elegant House has free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a garden with patio and BBQ facilities.
In the morning, a continental breakfast is served in the large kitchen-dining room which opens onto the patio. There is a choice of yoghurt, muesli, toast, cheese, cold meats, smoked salmon, preserves, tea/coffee and fruit juice.
Rooms at the B&B come with tea and coffee making facilities and free toiletries. Rooms have either a private bathroom or shared bathroom facilities. This 4-storey property also has a guest lounge with a library of art books, a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Facing Paxton’s Princes Park, Elegant House is a 30-minute walk from The Beatles Story museum. Guests can be accompanied on bespoke tours and activities which are at an extra cost.

Really warm welcome and great host! My room was gigantic and had everything I needed (loved the power shower). John and his wife made sure I had everything I needed and were just so helpful. I chose the hotel for its location as I needed to be close to Prince's Park but it would make a great base for a city break, longer holiday or business stay. we had a great stay a loverley house and warm welcome the breakfast was very differant fresh fruit smoked salmon cheese and fresh bread . the best part spending breakfast around 1 large table in the kitchen shared with other guests lots of conversation and very relaxed we stay again next time we visit liverpool.
Minimal and design led decor which I liked.
Breakfast and the friendly/professional input of John who is well informed about the area and interesting places of interest etc.
Hospitality was first class. Good advice on activities in Liverpool, and even took us for a walk to see Ringo's childhood homes nearby. Excellent breakfast too.

Close enough to be able to get to the main activity centers of Liverpool
by foot within 30 minutes or by bus within 10 or so minutes.

A continental breakfast was a really lovely change to the usual cooked English breakfast.

breakfast was very healthy and flavoursome. The hotel is situated in a very quiet road.
John was very accommodating and helpful and passionate about what he was doing.

There was nothing that I did not like, I found the hotel by chance as I needed to be near to Prince's Park and should I need to return I will be booking again without hesitation.
It was all good.
I had a difficult time finding the place as I wasn't familiar with
the addressing within England let alone the Liverpool neighborhoods.
It was not very close to my meeting venue.
Lovely in looks but the owners need to be more aware of practical things such as hooks and shelves in the bathroom.
Misled by name. Peeling/chipped paint at front & NO sign ??? 45 min BRISK walk to Beatles museum. Not comfortable part of the city.
