All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  The room although compact was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there locked away all day even though we had to check out. The breakfast was nice and I would definatley stay here again - Mr javed & ms laura are very cooperative.all staff are very good.keep it up.thanks

  Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office.
