All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise. Would stay here again. - Although it was a slightly unusual set-up, I liked the anonymity of the place. It was just so convenient as well,

The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55
Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon,
and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect. There are two TVs in the
sitting roon and in the living room.The kitchen is very well equipped,

This review is based on comparison between this hotel and other 5 stars hotels in London because 5 stars hotels in London are like 4 stars hotels in Dubai in terms of size, design, and value for money. So, if you want the best in London and you have the budget then this hotel is highly recommended.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.
