I booked into the Babbacombe Guest House as I was in the area for meetings across three days.

I stayed in room 5 on the top floor and it was perfect for me. It has a few low celling corners -
Very clean and comfortable with quality toiletries and personal touches in room. A first class breakfast too.
I had a single attic room which was hot in a heatwave, so the owner offered me a double room if it was too hot for me! The room cooled down so I did not take up the offer. Nice gesture though.

The room was spacious and clean and looked right over the sea. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room had a nice size ensuite shower and bathroom, plenty of tea/coffee etc and kettle, good tv, lots of storage space and wifi. The staff were really nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Thoroughly recomm

The location was superb with great views across Lyme Bay, especially from the dining room.
The dining room itself was bright and cheerful, and the quality of the full English breakfast excellent.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and accommodated special requests without complaint.

chris and collen the owners were very freindly and could not do enough for you . the food was excellent the room was very comfortable and very clean the staff were very polite we plan onusing the hotel again next year or when our dive club go again if its befor next year -

Myself and my wife stayed at the Cimon for a short break in mid-October we travel all over the UK I must say this most defiantly the best guest house we have stayed in all the years we have been traveling the country from the second Adam opened the door we were made very welcomed he made you feel at home. Very clean and comfortable rooms throughout, including the bar and breakfast room.
Breakfast was very good with a great choice of foods to have as well as an in-room option.
The location is great, a short but nice walk along the sea front to the main town area (where most of the restaurants and bars are) and again a short walk into the town centre

The Hillcroft was situated in a quiet location with easy access to the beach or town centre, the owners were very friendly and extremely helpful, they provided information regarding local attractions and places to eat, the breakfast selection was very good and cooked to order, the acommadation exceeded expectations and we will definitely visit again.

Extremely warm and friendly staff, very impressed my food allergy was totally catered for and the breakfast was delicious.

From the moment we got there to when we left we were made to feel welcome. Friendly atmosphere, calm and casual, and very professional. The room was brilliantly clean; the breakfast is one of the best I have had away from home. Great hosts, great hotel, thank you Chris, Kerry, and Yvonne. This will be our first choice hotel to stay at in the Torbay area from now on.
