I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There was no noise from the other guests or

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb -
Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

debbie and steve were very helpful and friendly, bryn derwen was about a 5 min walk to all local attractions yet we were away from the noise of a busy town.the rooms were spotless and very comfy. -
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and great value for the beautiful room we had.

Superb room. Breakfast excellent. The first time I have had strawberries, bacon, French toast and maple syrup on the same plate for breakfast and it was a delight. This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms.

The welcome started well before we arrived - checking that the journey was going OK.
The actual welcome on arrival has seldom been bettered.
Serving staff were so friendly, helpful, almost making you feel like family. -
