  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  The Thistle Royal Horseguards was excellent value for money. It was extremely central to everything in London. All the main attractions are just a few minutes walk away.   letsbookhotel.com definitely helped with planning a large group weekend in London. We had about 10x people total and were able to book 2 apartments together near the Picadilly area. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. Excited abo - Although we booked 33 Villiers apartments the week before there was a ploblem with the apartment. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent.   This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of London, & close to several of the attractions. With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
