Good central location near Kings Cross; staff were friendly, they let us leave our bags at the reception desk for a few hours while browsing in London; the room was clean and the wi-fi was good (although phones couldn't connect). Good place for a few nights in London on budget. -

Very modern, great value for money, close to Kings Cross Railway station. It was clean, comfortable and I would easily stay there again. -

The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both)
access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an
excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st
expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful,
including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and

So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.

I thought that the staff were very helpful, there were five of us traveling with two disabled one wheel chair, i found that there was two steps to get in the hotel like they said when i emailed them which was fine as the wheelchair bumped up fine and although the room was not "disabled" the person could get out the chair and walk round the room fin

The room, although small, was very comfortable, clean and everything including the shower/bathroom worked fine. The full english breakfast was promptly served and hot, a credit to the waitress and chef. All in all, this hotel provides a convenient, clean and comfortable stay, with a nice breakfast to follow.

I had been in hospital in Malaga because of kidney stones. When I arrived at the Guilford they were amazing, helping me deal with airlines, moving me to a room that was near them, helping me continually, airline wouldn't let me fly until I was cleared by a doctor, the hotel has constantly given me needed information in order to deal with my situat

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. We could t hear any noises from other people or the pub downstairs so it was very peaceful at night, me and my partner are definet

Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Great hotel and

Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.

Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. -
