A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week

Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

Great for a group -
Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great
communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again
and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels,
washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone
else falling through the bed slats!

The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal
to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we
had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we
left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

The owners were so friendly and let us bring our dog with us too. They could not have been more accommodating. With such an ideal location (minutes walk from the seafront and the shops!) delicious breakfast cooked to order I will definitely be staying at Leona House again! - felt very welcomed and at ease. I have stayed at the Queensbury Hotel before as I merely needed a B&B for the night rather than travelling home. The previous room was adequate, in need of some decoration but clean none the less. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate.
