Beautifully decorated room - peaceful, romantic, clean and new. Lovely quiet setting. The owners were fantastic and very friendly. Me and my boyfriend got engaged during our stay, and celebrated my 30th birthday so it was a very special occasion. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The breakfasts, including the vegetarian sausages cooked to order were very tasty too! Would highly recommend Warren House.

We arrived in the dark and after a lengthy journey. We were made to feel instantly welcome and provided with a hot pot of tea and homemade cake! Our wet walking clothes were put in front of the fire to dry and we felt so at home. We loved everything at Ling House. We were received with a friendly smile, cookies and a warm fire. the owners were extremely helpful with directions to various places to see as well as driving us into Grassington for dinner one evening. We would love to come back one day with our family.

We enjoyed the warmth, friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality of the owners. They made us feel at welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect in the quaint and well maintained village of Kettlewell. The beautiful English garden with numerous visiting birds contributed to the relaxing and stress free atmosphere. The

Cannot fault Pennycroft Guest house in any way! Regular visitors to
Kettlewell, but never stayed in a guest house (previously camped in the
area). The owners were very friendly and accomodating, very comfortable
room, great facilities, and amazing full 'yorkshire' breakfast.
The area itself is outstanding, plenty of walks in the area to suit all
abilities. 2 pubs right on the doorstep with great food (we ate in both)
and both serve real ale.
