Located 5 minutes’ drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh city centre, Heriott Park Guest House is a conversion of 2 Edwardian townhouses built in 1903. Original features are still visible, such as an oak staircase and ornate plasterwork. Views over the city skyline can be enjoyed from the front of the property.
Free Wi-Fi is featured in each room at Heriott Park, as well as an en suite shower room, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
A traditional full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room each morning, as well as vegetarian options and light snacks.
A wide variety of nightlife, restaurants and shops can be found within the city centre, which can also be reached in a pleasant 20 – 30-minute walk. There are also historic landmarks to explore, such as Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat and the Royal Mile.

The owner was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. His
directions were clear and easy to follow to find the place. Breakfast
was amazing and very prompt. The staff is unobtrusive and very polite.
The rooms were spotless, gorgeously decorated, and quiet. Our room had
an amazing view of the castle.
We had a nice welcome, the manager was waiting for us & new our names. Keys & explanations & directions clear! The room was elegant, very clean & a comfortable bed, on suite brilliant the breakfast was great the next morning. Superb!! Free Parking over the road = GREAT!!. όλα τα σχόλια »
Friendly and ready to help staff.Breakfasts are big and tasty.The hotel is in 30 minutes' relaxed walk from the very center of the city, and the bus stop is round the corner. The place is calm, green and beautiful with the view of Arthur's seat.
The lady that greeted us was friendly and gave us clear directions and which bus to catch. The room was big and comfortable with a nice clean shower room.Car parking was right over the road and no problem finding a place.
family room was comfortable and spacious,good location for city and the yacht brittania.good bus service nearby,staff were friendly and helpful with local info,lovely breakfasts and we all enjoyed our stay.
The staff were very warm and welcoming when we arrived and beyond friendly. We were in Edinburgh for a night out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heriott Park.

The walk up to the third floor was a lot after a long day exploring
Edinburgh but the owner switched us to a lower room with a
wonderful view.

Our double room was rather small -but it was ok as we only came there to sleep.All in all, the hotel is really very good.
Rooms at front of hotel get a fair bit of traffic noise. This however would not put us off going back.
