The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs and requirements, the room was beautiful and very well equipped and the hotel in general was kept to an extremely high standard.   We stayed in a family room in the annexe, next-door to the main lodge - very warm & clean. It was great to park our car right beside our bedroom window & have our dog stay.
