Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.

Excellent buffet at breakfast - never seen curried chickpeas and basmati on a breakfast menu before, very very nice indeed. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Fabulous, ultra modern and spacious rooms, excellent location in the heart of the city, lovely restaurant, Extremely high speed internet access, Mac PCs, very friendly staff and above all excellent value for money. - The room was fabulous. This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in
Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We
particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee,

The welcome and the staff were excellent, very helpful, efficient and friendly.The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and of a good size although somewhat cool. Excellent hotel - given the budget room price, wasn't expecting too much, but a very well-presented hotel. Room was large and comfortable, good bed. Staff helpful and professional, good bar and restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping in particular - across the road from the Cabot Circus shopping centre and the rest of Bristol's main shopping district. Cinema, restaurants etc all very close. Train station 10 minutes' walk.

Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. Will definitely come aga

The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

NB. My husband and I stayed with our granddaughters aged 3 and 7)
We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff. Highly recommended. - Excellent food, comfortable room

The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -
