Staff great, nice and clean rooms. Although at the time of booking I did not realise they don't accept children at the hotel,on arrival the owner very kindly agreed to let us stay. Welcomed on arrival no waiting around, breakfast was a full English with cereal fresh orange and toast, ready when you were ready without waiting. What more cud you ask. The owners/staff were lovely from start to finish nice comfy beds and warm room bathroom could do with updating breakfast very nice and arrived quickly.

They let us book in early .good value parking round the corner. Close to all amenities. I was really pleased.the place was very clean . the staff were really friendly and they let use a table down stairs to do my studying. they kept asking if everything was ok. location perfect for town pubs and clubs comfortable room friendly owners beautiful breakfast. good location. room clean and warm. good breakfast. owner welcoming. ideal for the money. Was close to what we needed. Breakfast was the best ever. Would stay again. Right next to the train station, loads of bars, 5 minutes from the sea. Location is excellant and breakfast was very tasty. Excellent breakfast and access all hours. How central the hotel was to everything. close to everything we wanted to do. it was the best one i have bean. The Breakfast was brilliant! :). Central location to atractions. everything ok. all of it. Hotel was what we expected for price we paid, staff friendly and helpful. Not a complaint but be aware, hot water is only switched on at certain times, wasn't a problem for us as it was available when we needed it but could be if you was staying with a family. rooms where nice ,breakfast was excerllent. nice hotel .owners very freindly . made you feel welcome. would go again . it was close to the blackpool opera house. nice staff, friendly and helpfull lovely breakfast. Good for cheap and comfortable stay with good breakfast - this is good value. Allowed me to book for one night at the weekend. Location owners seemed very friendly. allowed a booking for 1 night and could accomodate us all in one place. Only the location. Breakfast ok. Staff. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Would have loved a bath.but I understand they wouldnt be room there. no constant hot water. shower was not overly clean towels had marks on them and we had to ask for a 2nd towel. Limited tea and coffee facilities. shower could do with smartning up a bit. That we only got a 20 minute time slot to order breakfast. Nothing. N/A. To go back home. Rooms in serious need of TLC / decoration and shower head was at height of my chest. No hotel parking and on street parking is very restricted. Could do with a longer time slot for breakfast. ( for example 8.30-9.30) instead of 9-9.20am. nothing. A bit cold at night!. No off road parking. No subtitles on television. Timed hot water. NO bar. Cleaning of the room I had a ripped towel to dry myself with room was smelly a stale smell. The shower you had to run the hot tap in the sink first odd... in need of updating. Tiny en suit had to sit sideways on toilet dirty wash hand basin tooth paste in it (from previous resident) asked if I would prefer hot water in the morning or evening internet made it look like I was receiving a bargain only to find I would have got it 25% cheaper if I had walked in of the street (which would have been easy to do as I was the only one staying in hotel) false advertising. Only 1 towel between 2 adults, no wardrobe in room, no hot water, little warm water, bathroom not very clean, no hairdrier as stated. The Smell Hot Water only at certain times of the day No soap or hand cleaner in the bathroom Poor lighting throughout Payment taken well in advance of the stay, only booking terms never reflected this.
