The Woodlands Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. Good access. Good parking. Lovely friendly staff. Beautifully clean and well decorated. Loads of space in the room. Great facilities. Terrific large bathroom. The most comfortable bed I have slept. In my opinion the Woodland Lodge is a five star. Looking forward to staying there again. For a very reasonable tariff, this is a perfectly satisfactory night's sleep before flying out from Stansted. The room was clean, spacious, had a bath, had good internet and plenty of parking, 10 minutes to the airport.
όλα τα σχόλια » Set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night, with no rowdy guests. I liked the Hotel in general although I was only there for 1 night as I had an early flight the next morning. The staff was good, and the 24/7 hotel transfer service was nice. overall cleanliness and comfort budget friendly close to my destination had wi fi access but also had bt fon so no problem vodafone reception appeared to be poor. Really better than I expected as it was almost the cheapest room in area. Clean and cosy. There was a Tea and coffee facility in the room which was brilliant. Great location near Gatwick airport, Tim who runs the place was really helpful picked us up from airport and dropped us back again early next morn. Very easy and friendly staff. Simple yet pleasant and perfect for 1 night before flying from stansted. Good clean room and bathroom, provided a car to Stansted airport at 5am for a reasonable fee. The comfortable bed was pure bliss after a long drive! Fantastic secluded free car park. close to Stansted and Bishops Stortford, room with fridge, and brekfast in the morning. They pick you up from the airport for 15 pounds, and it's quite close to the airport. Very clean room, excellent value for money, very close to Stansted Airport. Plenty of parking and really friendly. A great budget hotel, comfortable. I was satisfied . We had a nice time. Typically English style . This is fine small hotel with easy access to the airport. nice and quiet and perfect for what we wanted. every thing. good parking. good ackses. Catered to my needs very well,very helpful. Was nice to see Bishop's Stortford. Easy to find, breakfast was good. Handy and great value for money. Convenient to Stansted Airport. It's a place near to the airport and a small village. It's perfect to visit London if you have a car and also to pick up someone from the airport. The bus pass close and you can use mid stay airport (free 2 hours) . Location & price. Very handy for Stansted. Excellent pub/restaurant half a mile away (Nag's Head). Clean and fairly comfortable. Good breakfast. As good as could be expected at the price. The bedrooms are exactly like advertized online. Really close to the airport. great location close to Stansted,friendly and helpfull staff. Room was clean Everything u needed Location was very good. Vicinity to airport Airport transfer offered Budget friendly. not a lot. Nothing. Nothing. It was very difficult to find from google maps. I had to walk 25 mins further than google maps said from the station. all was fine. No cooked breakfast only continental. A bit of traffic noise. room was a litlle smelly, internet keep breaking connection. the window in room 3 has a broken seal. So noise from the road creeps in, and, I can imagine in the winter this could mean the room is cold. Silly charges for arriving late Courtesy coach charge for transport to the airport is ridiculous. pillow. You need to take bus 308 from airport,but you will miss your stop. Missed some EU compatible plug-in to charge my stuff. Nothing. Road noise in room I was in There should be a mention of the cost of £14 for shuttle service to the Airport. Television didnt work particularly well. Quite close to busy road. We had a bit of a job finding the entrance as one of the signs had been knocked askew & the other was covered by foliage. The entrance looks like an ordinary house but is in fact almost exactly across the road from the golf club entrance. The fact there was no airport shuttle, even though it says on the website. very basic breakfast. Staff was not very gd Breakfast could have been more Selection And leaving was not sure what to do , so just left keys at reception. They didn't make the room up, or let us go 1/2 hour early for breakfast even tho it was continental!!. Staff were not very friendly. Away from the shops, restaurants... Would benefit from replacing failed light bulbs. quite far from the airport. Lack of staff. poor staff. The fact that the staff was reallu UNprofessional, very UNpolite and not professional or Kind at all.. Let me just tell you that I book a transfer to the airport and he didn't show up in the morning !! Please avoid the place if you can !!. Significant Hidden charge: 26£ return airport transfer! Had to call twice to arrange for airport transfer, they did not show at first Room and bathroom dirty Wifi not working. breakfast very basic rarely saw the staff. I had a problem with the shower head in the shower as it would not stay in position. No plug in the basin. Breakfast was very basic. Position, bus stop was too distant. Room cold, dirty and bathroom didn't have towels.....once asked, I received only one small towel -standard hotels normally provide with 2 towels. No soap or shampoo was available, big problem if you wanted to have a shower and you hadn't brought any shower gel. I really had a terrible night!.
