  Small establishment so the personal touch made a difference. Travelling into the city centre was very quick and easy so our initial concerns about being to far out of the city were not necessary. Cakes on arrival were lovely. Rooms were very comfortable and having both rooms and a living area with sky tv and a fridge meant we were able to take our... τι λέει ο κόσμος » time getting ready for our evening and it made it feel more like being in an apartment and not a B&B. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice - lovely welcome from Simon and Angus the dog, room was fantastic as was the bathroom having the choice of bath or shower was fantastic, Susans BL cakes were devine so much so we brought some extras to bring home. Breakfast was amazingly good. couldnt have asked for nicer hosts nothing was too much trouble, many thanks for the lift to liverpool docks, a real home from home.
