As soon as we drove up the drive, Seamus was ready to greet us. The welcome was warm and throughout our 3-day stay we felt like house-guests and not customers.
Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and smart.
Breakfast was excellent with each preference and whim catered for very proficiently.
Only a short drive to Ringwood with plenty of rest

Seamus and Sue offer a lovely home from home and a warm welcome. -
We fully enjoyed our stay. Great quality, spotlessly clean rooms and amazing breakfast ! Fresh milk, bottled water and chocolates, coffee & tea facilities on arrival and after a long day exploring this beautiful area was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.

And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!! Tea and coffee

Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! The rooms were kept spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.We were cooked a full English breakfast by fran each morning with was superb and set us up for the day,I would highly recommend this lov

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.
