We had a room at a well-established hotel in London that costus 3 times the price of the Holiday per night and it wasn't nearly asnice, leading us to believe that they were trying to count on their"history" to keep the price

Holiday had excellent staff from thebellman, desk staff, to the housekeeping. - everything was just excellent and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to give my opinion.The staff were really well trained and the food was great.I was really impressed with everything and the hotel staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable.I hope to be back again.

The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. Fabulous real village location yet close to Terminal 5 (follow Google map directions using local road - T5 not signed!). Lovely boutique style hotel with a garden to relax in. Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

I really have nothing to complain about. My initial image of the hotel painted in a drab gray and near the airport approach, left me with doubts about our choice. Once inside, all changed. The buffet dinner was just outstanding with chicken, salmon and ham cooked to perfection. The selection of vegetables and salads plus beverages was another bonus

Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London. Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde. At additional cost the bufet breakfast £9 and the evening meals at £11.50 for 2 courses were value for money. 3 mins from Hatton Cross, 40 mins to Piccadily Circus
