We had a room at a well-established hotel in London that costus 3 times the price of the Holiday per night and it wasn't nearly asnice, leading us to believe that they were trying to count on their"history" to keep the price

Holiday had excellent staff from thebellman, desk staff, to the housekeeping. - everything was just excellent and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to give my opinion.The staff were really well trained and the food was great.I was really impressed with everything and the hotel staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable.I hope to be back again.

The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

The best hotel i have stayed in for years! excellent value for money, we had a nice lcd tv a massive bed, fully stocked kitchen, a dvd player, freeview, a selection of magazines, a great get started folder with details of how to use the microwave etc, also included were menus from all the local food places. i love this place and recomend it as the
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » best on Bath road, even most of the 5* places - It was very affordable, definitely the best value that we found, especially since we needed a reservation for 3 people and Heathrow hotels are notorious for charging extra for more than 2 people in a room. We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean.
