Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find
a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a
surprise. Spent three days and received a friendly welcome from staff
who were always willing to help in whatever matter. My room was quiet
and the usual Premier Inn high standard. Surroundings lovely and

great to eat out in the garden terrace of the restaurant alongside,
which itself was full of character. Will stay again. -
Excellent! Extremely friendly, helpful and curteous staff. Very clean and well decorated rooms, with good bathroom facilites. Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!

Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff
were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable
and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road.

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future.
It had a number of positives - even more striking given the excellent value price we paid to stay. These included:

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

As always, we enjoyed the proximity to Gatwick, the quality of service and the ambience. The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

The owner was really welcoming and friendly. I arrived later than regular check-in time and she had arranged everything in the way I got my room easily.
The B&B locates very conveniently close to Gatwick airport but feels like being on country side.

Just what I was looking for - an old country farmhouse. I arrived quite
late due to unforseen circumstances but was left friendly instructions
and the owner pre-ordered an early morning taxi for me the next day.
Didn't have to worry about traffic problems for an early flight, and
was forced to pack sooner than my normal time so good result all round.

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet

This was the best hotek we have visited in tis country. Reception prompt, and very helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities.
