The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at
this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about
this and other historic moments. The elevator from 1895 can still run
(though not always in use). They sell postcards and other souvenirs

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

A brand new property with very helpful and genuinely earnest staff. The rate is excellent at the moment too for a hotel of this high quality. A small but very nice indoor pool and spa area are a great bonus after a long hot day. The complimentary bottles of water and tea/coffee facilities in the room were very welcome indeed, as these are usual

friendly, courteous and very helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere. All the
modern conveniences and only a hop, skip and jump to shops, bars,
restaurants and interesting sights by foot or short taxi ride - I would
stay there again and highly recommend the Radisson Blu to anyone seeking
excellent accommodation in Istanbul.

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and they completely helped me to orginize my time there. Highly recommend. -

I spent some days of my honeymoon two years ago in the hotel. I stayed
in both times at a senior suit with a wonderful view facing the east. It
was wonderful to see the sunrise every morning through the window that
occupied the whole wall. The suit is spacious and comfortable. The

My stay at Rixos Hotel had a taste from heaven. Rixos is simply the best hotel in Istanbul, speacially for families with kids. DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

We've stayed in the hotel to make a wedding celebration. As soon as
we had quite limited time for preparation, we put a lot of hopes on
