Very fancy hotel, closed to Kumkapi for fish dinner; rich buffet for breakfast, very clean room and bathroom.

a little bit noisy as my room was on one of the main street of the block.

Location is excellent.The blue mosque,Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia are all at a very comfortable walking distance.The grand bazar is about 15 minutes walk and so is Hodja Pasha Dance Theatre.Tram station,eating places and money exchange places are all near by.The staff is very friendly and accommodative.The hotel rooms are very comfortable and decorated to a good taste.Breakfast is good and included in the price.I will definitely return to this hotel in future.

Book your tours through some organization/agency and not through the hotel as there may be a significant difference in the prices.

Staff, especially Genat Perfect location. Fabulous breakfast Cleanliness A boutique hotel offering 5* service. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Rooms a bit small and there is no drawer or shelf space but this is a very minor complaint.

Just about everything . The location was superb. Close to Ll the main attractions yet on a quiet uncrowned street. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff helpful and welcoming . We stayed on three separate occasions and it was our home away from home.

The rooms were a bit snug.

The location and staff excellent so friendly and very helpful and informative which you need in vast city like Istanbul ,breakfast was excellent and served till 11am rooftop bar area was lovely, and room decor tasteful and very clean , if staying more than two nights definately upgrade room as very spacious .

There was nothing apart from lack of storage space and hangers.

A home away from home. Very nice and helpfull staff, comfortable rooms and perfectly located in a quiet part of Sultanahmet, but still close to the major sights. Great breakfast buffet and nice rooftop terrace to chill after long walks.

The hotel is very clean, and this is an important aspect for me.

The room was very small, the shower didn't work and breakfast wasn't enough various, especially about desserts.

Very kind hotel staff (Mr. Murat), he helped us to arrange dinner near the hotel. Two dinner that he arranged was really good and has perfect view at restaurant. Facility is very neat and clean and has balconey that you can have beer after finish your day.

Little far from the blue mosque (about 10 mins) and bit hard to find becuase it's in the small road side.

The billy boy Gihan was really helpful.. He is not only good at helping people .. He actually like to do that ..I appreciate his efforts and friendly approach

The housekeeping staff have removed my cigarets pack while there were 4 fully packs in it

This is my second stay in Albinas. The first was in our honeymoon last year. Very clean hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very close to attractions in old city.4

Very good position to visit the historical parts of Instanbul, and the staff is very friendly, attentive. Room are small, but good. Great view from the roof. Very good breakfast. And the shared areas and rooms are very clean. I recommend this hotel.

The air condition system was somehow noisy. It is not a problem for me, but some people can consider it a bit annoying considering the rank of the hotel. The hotel is very good, optimal to visit the historical city. In a very good quarter. The staff is very friendly. Any problem can be resolved with a friendly staff.

The location was wonderful. We walked everywhere in the old city. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The roof terrace had great views of the blue mosque and the Bosphorus.

The air conditioner malfunctioned our entire stay (8 nights). We either sweltered or had to have someone manipulate it to make it function. The staff were sympathetic and did their best.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although the room was smaller than anticipated, it was functional and comfortable. We appreciated that the hotel provided a room that met our requests at the time of booking, and that the room was made available to us early on the day of our arrival.

Our stay at Albinas was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend - have previously stayed in Sultanhamet district before so location of the hotel was great to some of our favourite spots. Hotel is extremely clean and equipped with stylish modern Turkish furnishings. The bed was really comfortable giving us some much needed sleep. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Great restaurants close by. Happily return.

Nothing apart from our stay was too short.

From start to finish albinas hotel impressed us during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for first timers in Istanbul as we had walking access to some of the historical sites etc, and of course it's within walking distance of some beautiful restaurants and bars. Albinas hotel also offered to keep our luggage as our flight was only in the evening. All in Allan great hotel and well worth a visit

Wonderful staff. We arrived at 6am on a redeye and the staff offered us breakfast and tried to get us in our room early. Also very accommodating when we needed a phone charger! Hotel looks recently redone, very clean, on a quiet street and very close to blue mosque and all old city attactions and public transit. Great value.

Location is great. Just a few minutes walk from all the sights in Sultanamet (old city). They re-furbished the hotel in 2013 so that's a real plus

The rooms are small and that means falling over each other if you have suitcases etc. This is offset by the fact that it's newly refurbished and very clean!

Hotel offered free drinks to compensate my first night in a different location. Staff is friendly. Terrace view isn't the best in town, but ok.

Room wasn't available upon my arrival due to some techncial problems in the hotel. They offered a night in a partner hotel nearby. Next morning room wasn't ready either - had to wait 30 minutes untill they finish cleaning it. Rooms a very small, especially bathroom area - very tight.
