The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Rooms are lovely big enough for 3 people comfortably. Free wifi in lobby, Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare
