We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

This is a great stop over for anyone visiting Bangkok. I spent almost a week there and enjoyed the warmth and friendly services. Great location to the Public Transport/BTS Sky Trains. Hotel is very clean, Spacious rooms, Gorgeous Bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.
