i really like the kindness and courtesy of Inthira (the receptionist). She helped us a lot with any doubt we had and we receive an upgrade for free. The hotel is 7 minutes walking from the beach and very close to the city center. Room clean. Wifi available in the rooms and at the reception. Breakfast was simple but complete (continental)

Superb breakfast. Surprisingly secluded location located in town 10 min to Kata beach, 1 min to the tourist area and 3 min to the main road.

Weak Internet signal unless you are close to reception.

It was really great! We deliberately chose this hotel. Although we for the first time abroad, but all the same, the hotel is very good. Bed comfortable, the Breakfast is hearty and nutritious, the staff are always friendly, the owner or administrators always sociable and answer any questions. Landscape nature, we never with anyone not encountered who had a rest in addition to the us, over our house grew Palma, very impressed.

A quiet spot, Close to Kata beach (10 min walk), Large & cozy bungalows, staff were very friendly and more than helpful.

Breakfast starts at 8 am which was late.

The Breakfast was really good with fresh fruits,pan cakes, corn flakes and bread.

The toilet was blocking many times but staff was helpful in solving the problem

A quiet spot with easy access to Kata (less chan 10 min stroll) and Karon (15 min) beaches. Large, cozy bungalows, good breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with water in our room and as soon as it turned out that it cannot be fixed right away, we were immediately moved to a superior room. The recommended restaurant Lucky Tom's is exceptionally good, do pay a visit.

Problems with water pressure and temperature - both fixed by the staff.

Delightful little pool Great location for shopping, spas, restaurants and quick to get to the beach Very helpful staff Simple but great continental breakfast

Unused dirty lot next to it is a bit of an eye sore Bathrooms smell of sewage as most places do (just keep the door closed)

- The room was well decorated and the aircon was really efficient

- The shower was small and kinda broken - The taxi that we asked for transfer from the airport never showed up

This PLace is so friendly and helpful in any questions you needed answered,directions,places to visit,they are better than a tourist information,loved the place,also great breakfast and nice little swimming pool, very cosy and welcoming place.

Lovely little hotel. The staff is amazing, you truly feel welcome. They helped me with my onwards travel arrangements, which was much nicer than dealing with the travel agents. Breakfast was great, I miss the banana pancakes! Room was spacious and very clean.

It's about 8 min walk to the beach.

The staff was amazing at all times. Extremely kind staff helping us with everything like taxi driver, daytrips etc. Very good breakfast, bike rental from the hotel was very comfortable. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room while waiting for our standard room to be available at the back. 10 minutes walk from Kata beach, 15 from Karon. Shops and restaurants are right by. Small clean pool and jungle right by. Rich birdlife. Very relaxing atmosphere, highly recommended!

We particularly liked the friendly welcome and attitude of Dario and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were recommended good places to eat, The Thai Kitchen was excellent and very good value!! The beakfasts were better than anywhere else we stayed on our travels, the superior room we were allocated overlooking the pool was very comfortable and the location was quiet although only a ten minute walk from Kata beach. The pool was a welcome place to cool off after a day on the beach, yes we can highly recommend this place, it lives up to its name!!

Very little really. Only thing we didn't like was having to walk past a number of fairly sleazy bars before getting to the nicer areas- not that this reflects on the hotel in any way.

I'd definitely stay again. It was very comfortable. The room I had was very nicely set out, with plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. It was nice to have fresh towels each day, and the bed remade. The location was fine for me. It's a short walk to the beach through the town, which I quite liked as it encouraged me to explore.

The area around the pool looked a bit shabby and warn out, which left things down considering how clean and tidy the rooms were. The once white gazebo roof was grey and black with dirt, as were the sun loungers, one of which was broken. These are simple problems that they could fix. I'd suggest they spruce up the pool area to make it as nice as the rooms.

The cheap price. We didn't expect much from the hotel with $100 for 2 people for 5 days. Good breakfast, not too far from the beach.

The bedding was quite dirty with some holes in it. Permanent problems with the toilet, it wasn't wokring properly. We were offered transfer for 850Baht during day time, but were charged 1000Baht. We could not pay with credit card and had to search for ATM at 5AM in the morning after we checked out.

Location is good very close to beach & restaurants.

We were in room #8 there was a hole in the roof and on 2 nights water came through, in the 1nd night as the rain was heavier we were moved to a superior room. On 2 occasions we came back to find our door unlocked, the cleaning staff did not lock the door once they were finished. There was never really people at the reception desk although they did leave a phone and contact number if ur query was urgent.

Close walk to Kata beach, shops and nightlife. Needs alot of TLC. Staff are trying, i hope it improves.

Gardens not maintained. Photo shopped to extreme. Mattress was warn out, could not support anything and could not be replaced, very un-pleasent. Vermin running around grounds after hours :(
