My first impression of the hotel when I get off a taxi was that it is
much more than just a three stars hotel. Stuff immediately run to get my
luggage, check-in was quick, then I was taken to my room and shown how
everything works, telly, air con, lights etc.
My stay in the hotel was very pleasant, room was quiet with good ventilation so I didn't

The upgrade from Junior Suite was much appreciated when informed upon check-in. The room was as the 17th floor ( 1707 ), clean and appeared new. The deposit required was THB1500 but a EUR50 was alright by them - many others left a USD100 bill, which was promptly returned within 15 minutes after they verified the room ( mainly because of the minibar, towels and other items that might be accidentally mistaken by guests as "souvenirs" ). The hotel was ideally situated for all the railway networks. You step out from the underground train and you are immediately at the hotel. We moved around the city very easily from here. Good value too. We enjoyed a swim in their clean pool. -

The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of cafe`s and bars nearby.
It is exceptionally clean and comfortable and although the skytrain
passes quite close, it cannot be heard. My Thai wife and I, stayed in a
corner suite, (room706) for two days.It was as described and also had

over the bath on the other side. There was always plenty of hot water

The room was clean and modern with flat screen tv. The bed was ultra
comfortable, very nice bathroom with condiments and hot running water. I
believe that the rooms had been refurbished to a high standard and would
recommend a stay here. The hotel as its own pub - Admirals and a nice
size swimming pool with sun loungers. On checking out a maid was called
to check my room and I was told I had left 5000 Baht in one of the
bedside draws, honesty at its highest!! Really value for money at the
Merma

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction. We payed for the club level and were a little disappointed with the view from the room.

The hotel provided excellent service, from the front door reception -
- Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk)
- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city
- 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking
- Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills
- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating
- Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities
- Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed

THE LOCATION Of this hotel is very good 2 mins to bts . 10 mins to shopping mall Mbk . The staff is nice n attended to my needs within 15 mins time frame .they been helpful in giving out directions as well as help me get a taxi to airport on my last day . Excellent location, skytrain stop in front of the entrance of the hotel. Staff very helpful and the room was very clean and very quiet. Biggest commercial centers of Bkk (siam discovery, siam center, paragon and mbk) at walking distance.. Certainly highly recommended!

I liked that it was a lovely hotel close to Yanhee Hospital but with a lovely room looking over the river. The rooms were a very good size & the late check out very helpful. The dining room was always open & not too expensive -

The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful

It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across.
Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel.
7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel.
Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

Very clean, excellent friendly and helpful staff at all times. - Very nice with live music in the Piano Bar in the evenings. Helpfull staff. Left the hotel 04:45 am when flying back home. The hotel provided us with good breakfast bags to bring with us. Nice restaurang with very good prices.

It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time.
It had all the technical plug ins, so I could re-charge my phone and ipad with no problem, even had universal plugs which I was relieved about seeing as I left mine at home :) -

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! Right across from one of the premier muay boxing locations and less than 2 minutes from a metro stop to give you access to all areas of the city. -
