I don't know what to say except that they had a lift -we were placed on the 3rd floor. the room the locatioon. Receptionist spoke virtually no english, 1st room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, The Hotel is in the middle of the Red-light district, Their credit card machine never worked...we had to use a cash machine outside to take out the exact money as we we're flying next morning hence incurred additional fees.
