It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool.
Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100).
The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.

Staff were excellent and friendly, room was spacious, convenience stores and bars were directly opposite the street, and other restaurants and stores were of close proximity (about 2 minute walk). This is the best hotel at its grade that we have ever stayed.
We love its design - very convenient, very smart!
We love the pool: it has everything you need from a resort pool: big with pool bar, slide, jacuzzi & very friendly to children.
Location is also very good: in a quiet & clean alley, close to beach & street food vendors as well ^_^
Staff are very friendly & helpful!

Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing..
Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent.
Kid's club was excellent for our 5 years old daughter: a lot of activities, friendly staff, she loved it!

Hands down the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in.. Pay the extra money for the spa room, it's worth every single penny. Friendly monkeys on the beach next to the hotel and the most attentive staff.. We only booked 1 night here but wished we could have stayed for more!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The pools are quiet and beautiful and most importantly you are right along the beach. Great hotel for relaxing. We ate breakfast every morning next to the beach. The views were incredible. We booked trips thru the hotel and everything was professional. Picked us up on time and it seem because we booked thru the hotel that we had priority getting on boats and other trips. Breakfast had more than enough items to eat... Should meet everyone's needs. They had two pools and both were nice. I would go again!

We were surprised because we did not expect a hotel of such quality for the money. It looks beautiful and a lot of attention is given to details. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is almost perfect - it's in Ao Nang but very close to Nopparat Thara beach which is more serene and beautiful. No noisy places nearby. Good wifi

The hotel is situated quite close to ao nang center and the beach, however 100 m from the main road. Very comfortable and quite silent. Very good for families. Nice rooms. Good offers for adventure programm and possibility of price negotiation.

We stayed for 5nights in August. We've been on our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. They use wood on the shower, which obviously hard to keep clean. Every afternoon it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, environment was lovely, pool and the area is excellent. The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!

The Jacuzzi pool outside our room and the hotel staff was very helpful and efficient (as one of our room's aircond was leaking, they managr to fix it quite fast) the hotel is 10-15mins walk away from ao nang beach street market...which is very convenient,..cafes n restaurants, bars n bistros,.. really enjoy it.. -

For its price vategory, it is simply the perfect place to stay in Ao Nang. The rooms are large and very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (a family atomosphere). The beach is just a 2-3 minutes walk away along the only road in Ao Nang, which is absolutely no problem. Along the road there are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy some drinks and food or shop for clothes. Highly recommendable!

the staff were so friendly the pool clean lived up to the advertisement under 1km to beech,so could walk,7mtr high ceiling in front room a sure bet.
and the free transport to the ao nang beech everyday was a joy to stay near to the ferry port for crossings to pee pee island and hong island. felt so at peace with the birds chirping -
