It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. -
clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient.
Front desk staff were very helpful.
Restaurant was good and waiting staff friendly and attentive.

1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.

Zermatt was the first place we visited in Switzerland and it was the best experience we had in Swiss. 1. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt.
2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J).

The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. -

The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the location, the breakfast, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel and I'd stay there again. - Very friendly staff, I could feel as being in classy hotel but stil with a family touch! It was my wife's birthday and the staff made every effort to make it perfect.

Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д.

The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
