One of the best hotels in Geneva. I like the location as well as the hotel facilities. Good for a comfortable stay in Geneva. Staff are very friendly.

the price is little bit high.

It is near the airport and tram station so it is quite convenient for travellers. It provide shuttle service between the airport and the hotel which is really nice.

Convenient location WRT A/P and land transport. Reasonable good breakfast and good WiFi connection.

Rooms are small having no seating space, and has no safe box for convenience.

I will not stay again. No safe in the room. Very unusual for Europe also the room had no alarm clock. Front desk said to use the tv. I could not make it change from German. I normally do not do surveys. Sam McCaulley

The pickup service! On the day of our arrival, the driver must have been on strike. Result, a tentative to walk the distance (a rather dangerous option) as the airport taxis refused to take us.

The hotel was located only a couple of minutes from the Geneva Airport. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes to the airport. The front desk staff were very good about helping us on how to get around Geneva. They gave us information for the tram and buses to and from major attractions which was very helpful. Accommodations were clean.

1.Proximity to Geneva Airport was excellent with a free shuttle bus service. 2. Check in and out was very quick and efficient with friendly helpful staff. 3.Bathroom was spotless with big new thick white towels. 4.Nice fresh breakfast. 5. Loved the tea/coffee making facilities. Made all the difference. Overall great value for money especially for Geneva.

Although the room was comfortable there were significant stains on couch and carpet. No free wifi in room, only in public area.

It's a little far from the city and the station of bus that we could take to get to the city isnt that nearby. It's about 10 minutes walk. Wifi only available at lobby

Handy to trams which were paid for by motel. Helpful staff. Clean environment. Nice breakfast. Secure rooms. Free wi-fi. Easy access. Nice shower, nice beds.

As I was trying to find my way there from the train station, I tried ringing. All I got was the answer phone.

Great location close to the airport; shuttle back and forth is very convenient. Free local public transport card is nice. Room was clean, staff was friendly, Internet worked well and was free for IHG members.

Easy to hear people in the hallway and in adjoining rooms.

- It's located right next to the airport and free shuttle bus works well - Room clean comfortable and has everything you would expect.

- Nothing really, it would be nice to have food options in the hotel as sometimes you do not want to go out after a long flight.

The location: 10 minutes walk from the airport but not necessary to walk because the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport.

For my week trip with 4 different hotels; This is the cheapest by far but the best based on the value of money. The location is superb as it is near the Geneva Airport. They have a free shuttle every 20 mins and offers free breakfast

No dining facilities for lunch and dinner. Nearest facility is in Movenpick beside the hotel. Be mindful that the mall with a grocery on the left side of the hotel closes at 7:30pm like all the facilities do.

Shuttle to and from Airport, close to a number of places to eat. Close to metro for trips into the city. Helpful staff. Tea and coffee in the room.

No evening meals, however Hotel has a list of recommended places to eat.

The hotel was convenient for the airport and provides a free travel pass that allows you to get a 10 min tram into the city centre. The pass also allows you free use of the water taxis and represents good value for money. A free mini bus is also provided to and from the airport.

The fact that staff was so obliging when I rang to ask for early check in. The free bus and train pass and also the receptionists welcome. The frequent shuttle bus to & from the airport .

No gluten free bread and dining room staff who was dismissive when I asked

Location is great and the airport shuttles worked very well. Internet works very well in the public areas. Reception staff was wonderful; very helpful and pleasant.

Complimentary breakfast was very basic and it would be better if they started serving earlier since many flights are early in the morning. With the interactive TV, wake-up calls are done on the TV. For people who are not used to this, it is scary to depend on the TV to wake you (especially when you have flights to catch). Would prefer the old-fashioned call from the desk or a computer!
