Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was amazing. Definitely have an evening drink at the roof top bar. It was a spectacular view. - location was amazing! Breakfast buffet was quite good, but not as varied as others. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful.

Loved everything, extremely helpful staff, nice chic hotel, great poolservice with towels, great food at buffet. Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds and a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice and lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend and look forward to returning. -

They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. - Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beat

The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.
