The hotel was ideally located for us as it was relatively easy arriving and leaving by car and was a nice walk ( about 20 mins) to the old town, beach and other sites. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.

Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό - Everything was excellent .Staff and the front desk where most helpful and professional.I would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to friends. - The hotel was really lovely, the aptmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent room, and friendly and helpful staff. The rate we paid through the LetsBookHotel.com website was an absolute steal. The hotel is 15 to 20 minutes walk from town but it's a pleasant walk showing a side of San Sebastian that you might not see if you stayed in town. - The staff were very helpful, there was a great selection on the buffetbrea

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the entire facility is extremely clean. The walk into town is beautiful and less than 10 minutes. Having anonsite restaurant was helpful during our stay because the weather wasn'tgreat and we were able to enjoy a great dinner without going back intoSan Sebastian for the evening.
