Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it!
Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

This is an amazing hotel - the private beach is gorgeous, water very
clean and all grounds very well maintained. Beautiful palm trees that

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the way they were laid out. Lots
of little areas in which to relax on sunloungers etc. Particularly liked
the little cove when it wasnt breezy. Hotel was a bit dated but very
clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular
stood out - Lito on reception who was extremely professional, helpful
and always good humoured. Breakfast & dinner were reasonably good
though there were occasions when the staff very obviously wanted us to

We loved every thing about the Fariones Playa. It was just perfect for us. Right on the beach staff very helpful and friendly, very clean and situated close to shops restaurants etc. However after these good reviews we hope it does'nt put the price up .. as we would love to go back again .. finances permitting. -

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Location of hotel was perfect,

- Great food and service in the dining room - definitely recommend the half board basis which allows flexing lunch and dinner
- Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable
- Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby

Incredibley large room, excellent kitchen (we stayed half board and got an incredible selection of foods every day), they had programs every evening,. Excellent sea view, beach right across the hotel. - pool not heated but ok
