Location was perfect and staff really helpful . It was a oasis in the middle of the town.

My only dislike would be the beds which were not the best.

Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The bungalows are in an ideal location. We would highly recommend the bungalows for a wonderful holiday.

The end bungalows are close to public access onto the beach which means some people stop to check out the bungalows. Also some visitors use this as a short cut into and out of the bungalow grounds instead of using the main gate. However, this did not spoil our holiday and we would definitely go back.

Location with the right bungalow a little piece of heaven ,We would normally go four star Fariones Playa for example .Very clean well kept site central to all amenities I would give it 3 star feel Reception very friendly ,it was almost noise free

Pool area too small and sun beds half of which had no lift up .The steps down to facility could be a problem for older people .The first morning we found our sun bed an chairs stacked up and leaning against our sliding door even though we had put them out the night before ,reception had no explanation.Had an ant attack on wall and bed in one of the rooms which was fixed by the next day

Everything about the whole setting. The apartment. The view. The staff. The cleanliness. Did I mention the view?

Brilliant beach location and air con really clean brilliant bungalows by far the best in puerto del carmen

No double beds and for some reason not allowed to push beds together

Lady checked us in was lovely and helpful.spotless clean and cleaning ladies very thorough.Great to see night duty man on at 8 every evening and he would wave over.

One day a few boys came up from beach and used pool I could not find any staff, reception was closed but they did not cause any trouble and left soon after.

location superb, each bungalow had a private sun terrace , no need to go to pool and get sunbed for the day , as each bungalow had a sunbed.

I could not fault anything about these bungalows

Outstanding place!!! Staff was very helpful. The suite was well appointed. We had suite 30 which was 15 meters from the water. We were on 5 islands in the Canary Islands this trip, we would go back to Lanzarote and stay here again....

Parking is an issue...there is very limited street parking nearby and you need some luck in getting a space near the hotel.

The bungalows/apartments are very comfortable, well maintained and cleaned every day. The setting is superb with access direct to the sea.

My only complaint would be lack of Wi-Fi in individual apartments. This is not a cheap place to stay and I think easy access to Wi-Fi should be included

the location next to the atlantic was superb.

the furniture was uncomfortable and cheap the beds were 2 single beds cheap and uncomfortable, the pillows were also cheap and uncomfortable. Blankets were basic, the accommodation charges a lot of money which is fine if the facilities are up market and good quality which they were not.

Love the location, the bungalows were very well kept and clean towels every day.and also were very quiet even though they are in a busy area.

The beds were very uncomfortable and hard, I do not know why they cannot have a comfortable bed for the price they charge. Also the shower was so small you could not move in them as you were in danger of hitting the lever tap and could be badly burnt as water was very hot.they could also have a small oven if one liked to cook the facilities were poor. ≪ two ring hob >.
