The hotel staff could not do enough to assist. They sought outrestaurants, made reservations, called cabs and assisted beyond the callof duty. When one of the party had their bag stolen in town, the staffacted as interpreters and assisted with the police. The pension is located on a busy street just round the corner from the Valencia Nord railway station (3mins walk). The room was very clean and nice, with toilet and bathroom (separate), although they looked like being added as you had to climb up a step to got to the bathroom, but it was not a problem. On the other corner of the street is the Ayut

Think if the hotel as an up scale Refugio like you would find on one of the Spanish hiking trails: small, shared rest room, dark. That said, the location us wonderful, good comfortable bed and working fan in room six. Nice towels and sheets. Super swift WiFe.

Great location in centre of Valencia, pedestrianised area full of restaurants. Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station.
Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again.

The location was excellent, near Place de Virgen so very central. The
staff were outstanding - not all speaking English but still going out of
their way to be helpful. We were a group of 4 friends and all felt the
same. Rooms had a seating area too which was very pleasant. Despite
negatives I mention, we would all return to this hotel. -

I had my wallet pinched (not at the hotel) and the hotel staff were very helpful in helping sort out stopping cards and going to the Police etc. We did not eat there so cant comment on the food - -Though just off busy streets, the room was very quiet with an excellentview of the hustle and bustle of the streets of Valencia -we purchasedthe daily breakfast buffet - the food was excellent, and the dining roomstaff were wonderful -the maid service was also excellent -location wasgreat - right next to a metro stop and the train station

Staff was very friendly. By request, they gave us a kettle to boil water for tea in the room. The room was clean and well-equipped, with balcony. Location is good, in walking distance (20 min) from the train station and 30 min from the City of Sciences and Arts. We only used transportation to get to the airport. generally staff are friendly and openness. Rooms small but clean, there
