Excellent hotel in very convenient location, next to subway station. Just few steps to La Rambla walking street, subway enables easy and cheap access to all sights as well as wide range of reasonable priced restaurants nearby makes holiday very pleasant. -
There was a problem with the original apartment I had booked so I was given a better apartm

The Location of this apartment was perfect near to metro station and in one of the best street in Barcelona and next to kfc and mac
and the apartment is totally safe -
Good location near Plaza Real. Good on arrival orientation by Julian. Good facilities.

The unit is awesome. Especially love the kitchen facilities. Able to clear laundry thus saving chore of washing back home. Really felt like home away from home. Being in the midst of La Rambla makes it a very convenient location. Did not mind the noise from the busy street. After all, it could hardly be heard once the windows were fully closed. Gr

The apartment is clean and it is an excellent location. It is located on La Rambla and in walking distance of Barcelona shopping districts.
It is very close to a Metro station which makes the rest of Barcelona accessible. The apartment has a washing machine / clothes dryer which can be an advantage if one has been travelling for an extended period.

Kitchen modern and complete regarding all our needs--- came with clean and complete dining set, cookware, etc. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, water pot, toaster stove all worked great. Everything was good, location is exellent (on the main street of Barcelona), balcony is a great plus. Somebody said that it is a too much noise from the street, but if you close all the windows - there is no noise.
If I will be in barcelona next time, i will stay in this appartment.

Most of all, we enjoyed our host Mariangles. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. Always a short response time to any questions or concerns. Very attentive to our needs. -
It was great to be right in the center,beside las ramblas. we had a nice welcome when we finally got there.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I'm sure

Spacious, bright, airy and quiet top floor 2 bedroom apartment with access to roof terrace, a rare find in central Plaza Real just off Ramblas with helpful, friendly staff. -
Everything you may need are provided in the apartment.
I am very happy with this place.
Plaza Real is an interesting building / structure to discover.

Décor was modern in design (Ikea) and apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for cooking/eating was in the apartment. Air conditioning worked well! Location was excellent, literally one minute walk to Liceu Metro stop. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars on Lam Ramblas, but step further afield and less touristy venues

The location was the best as we cannot ask for a better location than being in las ramblas..we got around every where S we were in the best location.at the same time there was no sound disturbance in the bedroom.the apartment was very clean and the facilities were very good which made our stay very pleasant..

We were delighted with this hotel. It was right in the heart of Las Rambles. As we arrived from a Cruise, we checked in at 10am and a room was assigned to us right away. I stayed 2 nights and I got really good price like 11 and 13 euro(if you
lucky,you can find on the letsbookhotel.com).. Breakfast is include ,if you
like things with sugar,its really good breakfast..There was traditional
food and you can taste 2-3 euros.beds and cleaning is good and location

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. The lockers are in the room. And the very good thing that the bathrooms are in the rooms. The location is right at la ramblas, just 2 minutes away.
