It was a basic hostel good for staying a couple of nights. It's not a luxury accomodation, but it's clean and the owners are very nice. I found the free Wi-Fi connection much better than in expensive hotels where I stayed before. -

Excellent location close to the city center and major attractions, about
20 minutes of walking to Placa de Catalunya or 3 minutes by metro ( red
line metro station Marina is close by). Very attentive and friendly

- the appartment was huge. We were only 3 but we got 6 beds!
- the appartment was comfortable and clean.
- the staff was great : friendly and helpful are 2 adjectives which described them perfectly.

- BarcelonaGo is well positionned : 5 min from the city center and also 5 min from parc gruell.

Good location. Friendly owners. Nice design. Big balcony where you can sit with your friends or family members and look at the street throught the big windows. There are some good coffees near the hotel, 100 metres, where you can have a breakfast and dinneer. Nice places. -

1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.
2) Hostel description states that there are no hairdriers, but there actually is. Also, if you need George would bring you an iron. - something other places would normally charge for.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

We spent 6 fantastic days at the B&C BCN, our room had private toilet (we loved the shower with hydromassage and radio!)and was spacious, nice in every single detail, clean and very well kept.
Vanessa, at the reception, is just amazing:she provided plenty of useful suggestions about the city and surroundings,arranged transport for the airport

This place is amazing. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. Also extremely convenient that La Isla Hostal is a couple of blocks from Estacio Nord (bus station) and Estacio de França (railway station). Friendly and helpful stuff. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.

We were happily surprised. It is a low profile hotel. No grand entrance, but home like. The room was spacious, clean, newly styled, comfortable with a wonderful balcony view of the city. The hotel is about a block away from a beautiful archway and walkway, not covered on the bus tours. The neigherhood is safe and there is life going on up until 2:00 a.m., but it does not disturb the guests. We loved it. This hotel can accomodate those with who walk with a cane/walker.
