  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped.   We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. Every aspect of the appartment has been thought through carefully and implemented to a very high standard. Like goosedown pillows, beautiful glassware for wine. etc. Full laundry, with washing liquid provided was very helpful. Lots of books on Barcelona provided.   The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. Apartrment was clean and the agent met us at exactly the time specified. Maid came every day and cleaned and left clean towels. Excellent value.   Manager Virginia is very helpful. When she found her next group of guests were delayed, she informed me immediately so that we can store the luggage for several hours. The apartment is in a old building more than 100 years. Facility of the apartment is completely enough for a family. We were very happy to found the cloths washing machine. The most convenient thing is the location. 3 mins of walk to - This appartment had a great location. Really close to everything and a few steps from las ramblas. It was so clean and modern. Absolutely spotless and clean. Had 2 toilets which was great when 4 people are staying. The lady who met us for check in was really friendly and went out of her way to help us.
