- The hotel is in an extremely good location for tourists, very close to many attractions
- Metro station at 300 m (Barceloneta)
- Train station right across the street (30 m) (Estacio Franca)
- Rooms are very clean and maintained clean every day

Absolutely perfect location in between the beach, harbour and el Born, and a 10 minute walk to la Rambla. Very clean hotel, great beds, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly and very helpful 24/7 reception. It's perfect for a city trip due to its location as you can easily go home, drop off ur stuff and head out again. Also awesome for going to the beach which is merely a 10minute stroll away. There are many little restaurants right near the hotel where u can get amazing breakfast. Definite

The location is perfect, just opposite to Estacion Franca, close to Rambla, the beach, etc..The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are ready to help us. We changed room twice when we were in this pension because of the noise, and once the room was upgraded. To compensate the inconvenience, the staff provide a bottle of cava as a gift. -

the main train station, Estacion of Franca,15 min walk to Barceloneta
beach and a few tourist spots are within walking distance eg. The
Catedral. The service and information provided is excellent and detailed
and they are very helpful and nice.

It looks clean and comfortable . the back rooms are quiet but not have open view. Bathroom looks clean . the host is kind and give enough information in english .

Location was very good for visiting the Old Gothic neighborhood, La
Rambla, and Barcelonetta, and only a 5 minute walk to Metro stop to
access farther sights. The room was small (typical for Spain), but with
a high ceiling it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Good value with
all the basics, plus a few extra amenities, like balcony and hair dryer.
A/c worked well, which was crucial in mid-July.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station, beach,harbour, LasRamblas...Everything really. The locals where friendly and there wherenice places to eat and drink right outside our apartment - The room is cosy and has a nice view. And is situated in a good area, el Borne.

The apartment are designed to a really high standard, lovely features and feel like a home away from home. I just loved this apartment, which was on the second floor of this building (or third of you're American). As an apartment building with a reception area (which is quite rare in my experience), it was super convenient. Andrea speaks English superbly, spent time with us to explain the apartment and how to best see the city and even arranged our taxi out to the airport when we left. She even waved us off! Lovely! Nice location, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, the hotel is located on the main street of El Born, and you have a supermarket, bakery and a tobacco shop really close by. There are a few bars just beneath the balcony so its a little bit noisy during the evening, even though we liked it, it feels like you are in the middle of things. The

We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona at our little studio apartment! It
was very cute and located in the perfect spot for a young couple. I
cannot remember the name of the man who welcomed us, but he provided us
with a map and some great recommendations for what to do and see. Saw a
lot of great spots in the downtown area I might have otherwise missed.
Great value for the money and an adorable little flat. Perfect for a
short stay and I would happily return!
