The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A very safe area to stay and close to a supermarket so we were able to take advantage of the very capable and well kept kitchen. -

Location is great in the middle of Rambla. Apartment is very clean and furniture is modern and equipped with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine which was great for people with young children. The apartment I booked had a private terrace which was excellent. The air-conditioning worked very well in both the bedroom , living area and bathroom. The apartments are very close to a fresh food market and supermarket. We booked the apartments to be near the beach and it is also very close to Poblenou metro for getting around the city. -

Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. -

Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

Staff helpfull and friendlly, clean and amazing appartment.
Mind that it's an appartment is not a hotel, you can prepare your meal and cooking. It's possible to save money with street food, nice place and new, well decorated, the kitchen devices it's pretty good. Wi Fi works very good. It's close Plaza Catalunya, near the transportations. Amazing

Unforgettable holidays with my friends at this very central apartment! We recommend it because it is a large apartment with a spectacular large windows, large rooms and everything was very clean. Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.

There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms.
The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.
Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

Very comfortable flat, exactly as advertised with balcony, stylish decor and well-fitted kitchenette.
Excellent location close to the Sagrada Familia, Pedrera and Casa Batllo, and main streets including the Avinguda Diagonal, Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya. Great little grocery shop just a couple of doors down, open till 2300 even on Sundays! Fantastic cafe bar on the other side with streetside tables. The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(. Very impressed with everything.

The apartment is situated in the middle of everything, still very quiet. The apartment has a very high standard, good design and was very well cleaned. The staff was flexible and incredible service minded.
