The rooms were clean and modern. Looked fresh out of an Ikea catalog.

Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Very relaxed atmosphere.
I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, tidy and bed comfy. Great location, short walk to magic fountain area and Espanya shopping centre and metro station. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but advised us of a great cafe/bakery for breakfast called Audreys just a short walk away. -

We were upgraded, free of charge, to the appartments as there was 3 of us. The appartment had its own kitchen, internet access and wide screen plasma tv. We had a wonderful time! Thank you! - great location and overall convinience

it was a family holiday trip, had a wonderful time. We spent 5nights with a 7yr and a 4 year old. We booked this place because it had everything we thought we wanted.
From start to finish the Apartment was nice and clean ,receptionist Clara was really friendly, polite and helpful .

These apartments have a lot of space which allowed everyone to have their own rooms.
They were equipped with everything you could need except toothpaste. The bathroom came with towels, shower gel and toilet paper.
It was very easy to find and near kfc, burger king and McDonald's so if you didn't want to cook you had those choices.
A small shop is opposite and is open until late for basic groceries and a larger one is a few minutes away.
The beach is a ten minute bus ride and easy to find.

The apartments are located right off the Ramblas and very close to the
Liceu metro station, making exploring the Gothic Quarter and other areas
of Barcelona a breeze. Staff were very responsive. Kitchen looked well-

Location, Location, Location. Bcn House apartments are seconds away
from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal,
market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll
away. Do try the Bengal Spicey indian restaurant in the next street up
(Carrier de Sant Pau) Also recommended is the Cellar de Tapas on
passeig de Joan de borbo (as you head to the beach from barceloneta
metro station)

We arrived after reception had closed but found the instructions, received by email ,very easy to follow so had no problem entering the apartment. The moment we stepped through the door we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the accommodation.We found the area around the apartment had plenty of friendly local bars and cafes and we

The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city).
Location wise this was perfect, not noisy and convenient for many of the attractions if that is what people require. However, the plethora of nearby drinking and eating establishments will keep the weary traveller fed and watered from a limited budget t

I forgot to put what time we would be arriving and didn't know the dialing code but the man in the fast food shop let us use his phone and someone arrived with the keys in 10mins, on booking it says a single double room but it had two bedrooms one with a double and a sofa and one with two singles. Our flight weren't till later and they didn't mind

Very nice, clean, easy to get to. No a/c but for the price can't be beat. You do need to arrange a specific time for arrival/departure as it is an apartment - so no reception services.
