We had a great 8 day stay at Sensation Sagrada Familia. We are a family of 5 --- children age 14, 11 and 8 -- and had plenty of room with two bedrooms with a full size bed and another bed room with a two twin beds along with a pull out couch in the living room. We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a reservation. The staff at Mar Bella is incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

Everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and very clean. The kitchen had all you needed. - We were travelling with our teenage daughters so we appreciated the fact that the apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! They were excellent and very proffessional in every way. The apartment was in a very very excellent place and it was so easy to access the best places to see in barcelona... the staff was very efficient in evey way and even made arrangements for us giving us the right information for any of our queries and arranging taxis etc for us. The staff was super helpful. Always available to help us plan our stay. They assisted us to make reservations, made all arrangements when we had troubles with our bookings. Always a smile and ready to help.
El Born was the perfect neighborhood for us to visit the city. Very typical, lots of shopping and small restaurants.

Location of appartment house Eric Vökel is very good both for public transport (Metro Rocafort 100m away) and for finding a taxi late at night, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the former bullfight arena 5min away. u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.

The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions.
The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat.

Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town.
Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day
