Surrounded by a landscaped garden, this 100-year old Victorian house offers well-appointed rooms with a DVD player and an outdoor pool with cushioned loungers. It is 200 metres from the centre Stellenbosch. Each spacious, modern room comes with a flat-screen TV and is decorated in neutral colours. Toiletries and slippers are provided in the en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. Middedorp Manor provides a bike rental, and guests can cycle 700 metres to Die Braak Park. Stellenbosch train station is 2.7 km from the Manor and connects to Cape Town. A buffet-style breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant or outside on the terrace overlooking the private gardens and swimming pool. Free private parking is available at Middedorp Manor.

Middedorp Manor is a beautifully appointed guest house set in an equally attractive garden. Our room was large with a lovely mountain view. Fluffy gowns and slippers made us feel very spoilt. My husband was delighted with the wifi. I enjoyed the many books, magazines and DVDs in the library.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a few hours to spare after we had booked out and asked if I could sit in the sitting-room and read. Not only was I told that I was welcome to do so but the.

Simply loved the room in fact it was so super I was reluctant to leave. IT is tastefully furnished and the bathroom was fascinating. Also loved the setup of the breakfast room cozy but chic and once again the ever friendly Maxwell serving. A stroll on the pool deck on a rainy day was quite refreshing viewing the beautifully maintained garden. In conclusion, I felt spe. We had a lovely stay at the Middledorp Manor. It's a shame that we only had one night there. Isolde was very welcoming upon arrival and helped sort out a last minute half day tour of the wineries for us. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and accommodating. The guest house is located within an easy walking distance to the town centre. We had a good sized room with comfortable bed and linens. Nice breakfast. Everything was as good as it can get. The decor superb, staff so friendly and helpful, a lovely breakfast and great location. The rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious and I would love to stay there again. We loved the interior, the gardens, the location and the efficient friendly staff. We felt very safe and comfortable. I arranged for a late booking and had Maxwell waiting for us. Brilliant and homely. The service was excellent, both Moyo and Maxwell went out of their way to make us comfortable and to ensure that we enjoy our stay - just a really great place to stay!. Absolutely nothing comes to mind. Breakfast could come with more choice and variety and freshness of breads could be better. Open balcony ...no privacy in front room !. Rule that seems to say that rusks are only provided in the room on the tea tray on the first day one is there!. No fridge in room. Cold shower in the morning.
