I like very much the room, the bar and the terase, location, the staff.
Probably the best hotel in Sandton. Location excellent. Internet free,
parking free. Late check out at 4pm without exctra charge. -

Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem
when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me
to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth.
2. The place has a lovely gym - the facilities are generally lovely.

The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. However, the staff decided to upgrade our room without us even asking! We went from a premier room to a luxury room with an early check-in to boot. Th

We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! Definitely again.

Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

Amazingly friendly hosts who catered to our every need - including treating us like friends giving us lifts everywhere and the most delicious breakfasts including fresh scones and croissants. Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay. Safe parking for guests. Wi-fi at restaurant. Great location, supermarket downstairs. Airport taxi organised for us. Everything was fantastic !! -

Very comfortable hotel and restaurant called the bull run which is part of the hotel was very good as well. - Great grounds, very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Very close to Mandela Square and Sandton City.
