We stayed for a whole week in one a city facing suite on the 18th floor. The suite/apartment was very spacious and extremely well designed! Everything was very functional and full sized.
Is was actually possible to cook a full sized meal for two if you wanted. The induction cooker and the oven/microwave combi was very good. The fridge/freezer was really big and you could change the temperature of both units. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect and well designed. The ipod dock in the bedroom . όλα τα σχόλια »
Liked the apartment facilities especially as i was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Was great having the washing machine/dryer & breakfast downstairs was a highlight for my "cafe" going girl. Staff were extremely helpful as my daughter developed chicken pox on our 2nd day in Singapore & helped with an apartment move & offered assistance. Much appreciated.
Comfort for long stay holday. The room design is posh and the amenities in the room is convenient for long stay need.
Location is good, walking distance to Bugis street. Hotel is very new, that's why a lot of taxi driver doesn't know this property exist. You could tell them is Park Royal Beach Road, cause they are just next to each other.

everything new. right opposite Arab Street (nice restaurants and not crazy prices) and 5 minute walk to Suntec and Bugis Metro station, apartment style so separate kitchen (with washing machine etc) so good for 2 adults and one kid. Really good place. great value for Singapore.
Our 1 bedroom apartment was very well furnished and served our requirements. As the apartments have been recently refurbished the fixtures and fittings and the overall ambience is very satisfactory compared to some of the other serviced apartments that I have previously stayed.
Great suite, perfect for a work trip because you have a lot of space, everything was new. Free wi-fi and newspaper. Nice staff. Swimming pool and fitness center are great. Good location (about 8 minute walk from subway) next to Arab street. Free coffee during the day.
The staff were wonderful and provided us with outstanding service during the whole stay. The upgrade was appreciated. The apartment was big, luxurious and clean; the pool was amazing and views were wonderful. Highly Recommended.
Everything was perfect , really luxury . We felt like home away from home and we regret we did not had enough time to stay longer. But will definitely come back and we highly recommend to you all.

I love this place so much. The room is full furniture such as rice cooker, ball, plate, microwave... It is suitable for family. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, views also very nice. I will recommend for my friends.
Very new hotel, everything is considered as a serviced apartment. Service staff very nice and helpful. Utensils are perfect every detail is considered. Good enough size. Would definitely stay here again.

all the kitchen equipment was clean and new in fact appeared never to have been used and that may be because it was difficult to use.

We stayed at four different accomodation whilst on holiday in singapore and this was faultless...
maybe because it is apartment style, the breakfast area is small so a small queue and not enough staff to re-fill breakfast items but staff doing the best and this is normal fine tunings for new hotel.
The service at breakfast time needs to improve with the chaffing dishes being refilled on a timely basis. The breakfast menu can be certainly improved considering the rate that is being charged!.
The pillows smelled weird, even after housekeeping replaced them. There was no dining in the hotel.

This is new place so it is not easy to take cab. In addition, the breakfast are not so much choices.
Breakfast could be improved to consider international travellers. And dryer of washing machine doesnt work well.
Breakfast should be served on Sundays as guests do stay for short duration and would like breakfast to be served everyday.
I stay in the service apartment for a month time and the dryer doesn't work perfectly and I need to hang my half dried clothes in the room.

they were very stingy on the toiletries. They told me they only provide for once when my stay there was 6 days. No replenishment done throughout given the price we paid for each night. Disappointing! Breakfast area is very small and public holidays and sundays no breakfast available.
The only thing we felt was missing was some more information from a visitors point of view who treats this as a holiday. We did get the map with some information, plus the desk staff was very help full.

Smell from bathroom drains - hotel aware and looking into. Day after we
arrived pool was closed for 3 weeks, two days later internal works so
drilling noise during day.
Cards that did not always work in the lift - NOT nice getting stuck! The breakfast was basic but edible. Could do with more fruit. Housekeeping woke us up on several mornings when we did not need any service.
Telephon system difficult to use unable to make international call from room even with help from desk.No microwave oven in kitchen only steam oven difficult to use.main TV no sound,disc player no HDMI cable.
Some staff attitude not great - eg inflexible on dates, forever on Facebook etc at front desk, room cleaner disposed of my shoes as they were under desk close to trash !.
Breakfast off on holidays, lobby hidden from main road and no sign board from main road, very new so taxi driver do not know the place and mostly take you to the orchard road branch.

Strong bad odor coming from waste water pipe when a lot of wasted water discharged from a same piping within the building (for example, a lot of people taking shower at night). It is properly caused by poor design and or poor maintenance of waste water piping. When a lot of waste water discharge, the waste water pressure pushed the odor back into the room from piping.
Noisy air conditioner.

The hot water system either too cold or too hot needs some serious attention.
