  I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The staff will always try to accommodate me to my choice of room which has got a bathtub and shower.   The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

  The fact that we got upgraded, the shuttle bus service and the breakfast was really good. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from there.
