The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

Excellent serviced apartment complex for a family staying in Singapore.
3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for 5 of us with the laundry,

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. Balcony is large enough with table, chairs and rattan sofa to chill and relax in the day and night. The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The Hotel was stunning, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a great experience and ideal location for seeing the sights of Sentosa but still providing a relaxing atmosphere.
