The room is very cozy, clean and warm (we traveled in winter time). Perfect location, in the city center, so you can save a lot of time. The food from their restaurant is very good and with quite accessible prices.

The bed: the queen size bed is actually made of 2 mattresses put in one frame which is quite uncomfortable. For one night was ok though but for longer staying I would choose a hotel with one single queen size bed. The restaurant: although they have 2 separate rooms, none of them is non-smoking.

The location, the room and the staff which was very friendly and helpful. For sure I will stay here again if I will return to Sibiu.

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant (there are not separate areas for smoker/non-smokers) and it is unpleasant to have your breakfast in an atmosphere filled with cigarette smoke.

A lovely heated terrace where you can stay in a T-shirt even during cold evenings :)

The hotel is located in a pedastrian area, in the middle of the city. The restaurant of the hotel is good and cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. They did our laundry without taking money.

The smell from the restaurant goes up to the area of the rooms (not into the rooms themselves)

Perfect location, on a pedestrian street in the historic center, close to the public car parking (the Pension provides the parking tickets to post inside the car for 0.25€/day). Nice renovated bathroom, spacious bedroom. Charming courtyard.

The rooms are upstairs but the staff is helpful with the luggage.

Right in the old town. Staff was great. Within walking distance of everything.

Checking in was difficult with pushy people purchasing cokes etc. while you check in. They should provide a private area for check in.

Nice large room, windows opened to street. This cause some noise and smoke in the room from patio below, but turned out to be a huge bonus when an elaborate graduation procession (military and university) marched right past the window. Restaurant downstair was good, local Romanian fare. Breakfast is ordered ala carte from the restaurant menu, but there is no charge. Bathroom was spacious and shower was nice. Location was perfect and value was excellent. We really like Sibiu and especially the ASTRA open air museum.

Reception was also shoppette cashier, so very busy. Wasn't a problem but did not get wi-fi code at first so had to go back and wait in line twice. No room safe, which is always helpful.

Our 3 day stay went very smoothly. The staff were most helpful, and all spoke some English, some very good English. Our room was quite big and very clean. As we were leaving very early on our day of departure, the guy on night reception made us ham rolls to take with us, instead of breakfast. This was offered without us asking. First rate we will stay again should we return to Sibiu.

Location, clean rooms

Directlly over the restaurant and some rooms can be noisy early morning and evening. One of our rooms was lit with neon lights which made it look not very cosy.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Ionut, he did everything so we could feel ourself comfortable in this hotel. Perfect location for exploring Sibiu! Though situated on a pedestrian street, it has comfortable parking places in 50 meters from hotel, which was very useful. The full breakfast here is really good, one of the best we had in Romania. Rooms with windows looking to street N. Balcescu have a nice view. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent location - in Sibiu pedestrian zone, near street with parking. Clean room.

Breakfast could be better, also should start earlier (especially on weekend - starts at 9AM)

The rooms are super, big and with a very beautiful design. The place is in the center of the city so is very easy to get anywhere you want in Sibiu. The staff is friendly and very operative.

The Reception is at the street functioning also as a small food shop. Is not pleasant to wait after people that are buying water in order to talk about accommodations. The access to the rooms is made through a small passage that is also used for provision.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Room was clean huge and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and the food in the restaurant is excellent if you're looking for traditional inexpensive local grub. Recommended.

Large rooms, nice staff and at middle of town - very good location.

Breakfast served at nearby restaurant takes an hour and starts late - 8AM on weeks days and 9AM at weekends.
