The apartment was just wonderful. It was on the top floor in the "Glass Apartment." It was all wood, even the ceiling. Skylight and large window provided great light. So relaxing. Beautifully designed, spacious apartment. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom all a traveller could want. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had an email before I arrived asking about arrival times and giving all the information I needed to get from the airport and to find the apartment - very easy. You can't complain it's not great value. Location in the old town is perfect. Loved it and would definitely return.

The hotel's location, on a quiet courtyard near a lovely pedestrian walkway with excellent shopping, good restaurants, and close proximity to the National Museum, was perfect. I am recommending this hotel to all of my friends who plan to visit Warsaw.

A very modern hotel within a building decades old. Renovated with much attention to detail. Large rooms and mini-kitchenette for small breakfast and snacks. Free wi-fi and SmartTV in the room for accessing internet. Inexpensive restaurants and pubs close by, as well as very nice hotel restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. -

If every hotel was like this, you'd probably not look much further. Stayed in standard double and imagine the bigger suites and appartments are even more impressive.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Great views, great location, lovely rooms. Love the top floor swimming pool and saunas. Amazing breakfast buffets. - Staff was very friendly and I was not waiting so good attitude from hotel in Warsaw.

Very central. Easy access via public transport to/from the airport. - 1. Convenient location close to Old City
2. Easy to move using public transportation (bus No 175 goes directly to the center in 5 min and to the airport in less than 40 min)
3. Flexible both in arrival and departure (not strict to 12:00 o'clock).
4. Very helpful staff

The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.
On the first floor you have a lounge area where you can sit and relax while having a coff

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

Good location. It is clean on the arrival day. There is a kitchen if you want to cook.
