A wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable,knowledgeable and a delight to interact with. My staying in the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The breakfast choice could meet different tastes-adults and children which was very pleasant. Special thanks to the staff! I recommend this hotel to people visiting Krakov. -

The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the Main Square with the Railway Station nearby. The facilities were very good, the staff very helpful and a good selection for the buffet breakfast. It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.

La habitación está francamente bien y la relación calidad precio no es mala. Está situado a 30 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Hay aparcamientos gratuitos cerca del hotel. -
Booking rating fully corresponded with expectation and therefore reflected also into the reality. Hotel very clean, rooms had decent modern style.

I loved the common room, it's an excellent idea being able to make your own food whenever you want and have access to the Internet for free.
If you want to go to the saly mines then don't go on an organised trip. take the mini bus from town - it only costs 2.5zl and the entrance fee is 49zl - save yourself 60zl. - No fuss, nice room,very clean,go

Very nice and modern apartment, situated in a lovely restored old building. It was close to the city center (5-10 minutes, on foot). It was very comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi and full equipped kitchen.The staff friendly answered all our questions and gave us information about parking, what to do and what to visit. I would definitely go there a

The apartment very modern in a lovely old building.had everything you needed to self cater although we only had breakfast.we booked an apartment rather than a hotel room as we were there for 4 nights it gave us more space.the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived.
