Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. In fact, we cannot fault the hotel in any way and we have travelled extensively. Location was superb, too. - A fantastic experience. Full of character, tastefully designed. Friendly

The view, location, Staff and fantastic selection for breakfast plus the bar attached to the hotel had a good menu and great service, we would stay in this hotel again and again - The staff were great and we got 3 recommendations for dinner, all of which were superb. Staff could not have been more helpful with any requests we had

the design of the building, use of brick, stone etc to retain the 'old' feel of the place whilst having all modern comforts, roof top bar, swimming pool, size of rooms - All I can say is wow!!! Hotel is close to city center. A quadruple room was two separate rooms with parquet floor, there was also a table and an electric kettle. The coffee from hotel's coffee machine costed only 2 zlotys. -
Good location, basic but clean hotel with optional safe parking. Room bright and big enough. Free wifi is available and works in the room.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -
